Terms of Service

By accessing or using Vyralyn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You are responsible for all content you create and share
• You must not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• You must accurately represent your identity and offerings

Vyralyn charges a 15% platform commission on all transactions. Payments are processed by Stripe. Creators receive payouts according to their Stripe Connect schedule. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Vyralyn is a non-adult creator platform. We reserve the right to remove any content, suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or our Content Policy. Vyralyn does not permit the following on any surface of the Platform, including profiles, posts, drops, direct messages, voice notes, video calls, live streams, shop items, and auctions:

• Pornography, sexually explicit material, nudity (including artistic, implied, or tasteful), lingerie or boudoir-style content framed for sexual arousal, sexual services, escort services, paid sexual companionship, or adult live cam services.
• Any sexual or sexualized content involving, depicting, suggesting, or referencing minors. This is reported to law enforcement.
• Non-consensual content, including intimate-image abuse, leaked or stolen intimate content, deepfakes of identifiable real people, and surreptitiously-obtained content.
• Other categories restricted by our payment processor: illegal drugs, firearms and weapons, gambling, counterfeit goods, tobacco and vaping products, cannabis (including CBD), unregistered financial services, government documents, and others enumerated in our Content Policy.
• Hate speech, harassment, doxxing, violent extremism, and intellectual-property infringement.

Violations of the sexual-content, minor-safety, or non-consensual-content categories result in immediate permanent termination on first incident. For the full list and enforcement schedule, see our Content Policy.

Vyralyn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
