1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Vyralyn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Creator Obligations
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- You are responsible for all content you create and share
- You must not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- You must accurately represent your identity and offerings
4. Payments & Commission
Vyralyn charges a 15% platform commission on all transactions. Payments are processed by Stripe. Creators receive payouts according to their Stripe Connect schedule. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.
5. Subscriptions
Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Content Moderation
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms or our community guidelines. You may report content that you believe violates our policies.
7. Limitation of Liability
Vyralyn is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
